Tyler-----final project


  For my final project, I photographed the crossroads. At the beginning, I was so confused about deciding my topic. Once I walked on the crossroads, I found that everyone on the roads is individual one. And every people walked on the road have their own goals. The crossroad is like a connection to connect every individual. I want to show this connection so I decided my topic. At the beginning of my project, I walked on the road and looked for people on the crossroads to photograph. After first peer review, people are more like photos that photo as a high angle and be photographed at the night. So, after first peer review, I am working on finding tall building and photograph in the night. However, I find that if all of my ten photos are in the night, that would be a little boring and nothing new. So, I am starting to photograph in special day like snowy and rainy day. This final project really helps me a lot and make me grown. First, because of final project, I have to photograph in the night. I did a lot of works in the night. So, I think I am so professional on photographing in the night. Because there is no light at the night, so when I photograph, I must set properly ISO and white balance. Moreover, going outside and finding tall build to photograph really make me more hardworking!

Dennis Hopper Born May 17th 1936, he started taking art classes when he was 13. He started out as an actor but he developed a bad reputation for being a difficult actor, he turned to photography in the 1960’s.  He used a Nikon 33 mm camera that his wife gave him for his birthday. He took a lot of monochrome photographs and when he photographed in color he focused in on the way the colors worked together. He has captured many politically driven photographs but he has also captured many portraits of friends and the people around him in life. He liked to colors as an abstract design and would often photograph graffiti from the gangs in Los Angeles. 1/ what do you intend to photograph? I want to capture the real identity of different people. I want to photograph people when they are doing something in their bedrooms. I will start by asking questions: what you usually do in your bedroom. I want to find out the unknown sides of them. So I will mainly focus on my close friends who I have known for a while and find out either dark, crazy, weird sides by asking questions. will use a wide-angle lens trying to show their personality through the room decorations. My subjects might not look at the camera. And I hope they are comfortable with what they are doing like there is without a camera and outside observer. 2- why do you want to photograph the subject?
